Blog 2: Healthcare System

Hi everyone! How are you?

Today's blog is about medicine. And taking advantage of this, I want to talk about an important news of these days and thus give it visibility.

During the week that passed, many students and graduates of higher education (USACH, UCH, UNAB, among others universities) of the medicine career have been actively demonstrating because during the health crisis of covid-19 classes were taught online and this did not allow them to do their practice.

Most of these students, who will be future doctors, have never seen a patient under the care of a doctor. They have not had the opportunity to practice what they learned and this is of great concern to the students. Because this can be very dangerous, both for your future patients and for themselves.

These students are frustrated and what they are demanding today is a quick fix so that they are truly prepared to be good health workers.

For my part, I give my full support to the medical students and send them my best wishes. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    Hi! it's a really big problem for all this students and for future pacients, I hope they find a solution for this problem and recover their practice. And this is not the only problem for the health care workers and students, the last days the government reported that they would reduce jobs in some health care institutions!

    The universities will have to take charge of this deficit in the practice of their students, they will have to look for the necessary instances so that this serious problem is solved.

From young people they teach us that voting is decisive to improve the country in which we are born, and I totally agree. In my opinion, voting is the highest expression of democracy.
